Welcome to UK CAP Payments. On this website you will find details of amounts received by UK beneficiaries under the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP).

This information is provided in accordance with Commission Regulation (EC) No 259/2008, which requires the UK to publish details of recipients of CAP subsidy payments on a single website.

The details included relate to all CAP scheme payments, including the Single Payment Scheme (SPS), made to beneficiaries during the year from 16 October 2007 to 15 October 2008. It also includes details of rural development scheme payments made during the period 1 January 2007 to 15 October 2007.

For the year ended 15 October 2008, the total amount received by each beneficiary is analysed between three headings: direct aids (eg the Single Payment Scheme), market schemes and rural development measures.

The amounts shown may be one single payment made or may be the total of several transactions. Only payments made in the financial year in question are included. These may relate to more than one scheme year. Adjustments made for a scheme year in a subsequent financial year will not be included. Payments may be shown in euros (€) or sterling (£) and there are separate columns for amounts in each currency.

Use the search criteria above to view amounts received by beneficiaries. You can use multiple search options to narrow down the number of results. Please be as precise as you can when entering data (e.g. use the beneficiary's full name rather than surname only).

The search results will show the name of the Paying Agency that has accounted for each amount.

Search results are displayed alphabetically by beneficiary name. You can then sort the results using another field by clicking on the relevant column heading. For example, search results for a particular name can then be sorted by postcode district, town/city etc.

The data published on this website is available as an Excel file. You may need to install Microsoft Excel Viewer which is available free of charge but requires installation. The data is supplied for the purposes of not-for-profit research only and without warranty or liability of any kind.
