Welcome to UK CAP Payments. On this website you will find details of amounts received by UK beneficiaries for schemes covered by the European Union’s (EU) Common Agricultural Policy (CAP).

This information is provided in accordance with EU Regulation No. 1306/2013 and Commission Regulation No. 908/2014, which require the UK and EU Member States to publish details of recipients of CAP scheme payments on a single national website. Following the UK’s exit from the EU, the CAP (including the above Regulations) continued to apply during the transition period ended 31 December 2020 and will also apply after that date in respect of 2014-2020 Rural Development Programmes until their closure. In addition, this website includes details of UK-funded agricultural support payments made under retained EU regulations, such as the Basic Payment Scheme. The requirement to publish these was transposed into UK legislation by Statutory Instruments made under the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018.

The details included on this website relate to all CAP subsidy payments made to beneficiaries during the EU financial years 16 October 2020 to 15 October 2021 and 16 October 2021 to 15 October 2022. The total amount received by each beneficiary is shown under three headings: direct aids (e.g. the Basic Payment Scheme), market schemes and rural development measures. These headings can be expanded to show the amounts paid under each CAP scheme or measure.

You can use the payments search page to view amounts received by beneficiaries. By using the different search options, including name, address, value and scheme, you can narrow down the number of results. Alternatively, you can download the full set of data in spreadsheet format.

As required by the above legislation, the names of beneficiaries who receive less than the equivalent of €1,250 in total subsidy during the year will not be shown on the website. In these cases, details of the amounts paid to these beneficiaries are included, but with their name removed. For the publication of amounts on this website, €1,250 has been converted to the Sterling equivalent of £1,114.

The UK Government remains committed to full transparency in the use of public funds, including the publication of details about all payments made under the CAP.
